RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Royal Fragrin, we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality fragrances. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if you are not, we are here to help!
- We accept returns or exchanges if you’re not satisfied.
- We accept return/exchange requests up to 15 days from the date of Purchase.
- Perfume should have at least 90% remaining in the bottle.
- Return/Exchange requests are processed within 3-5 working days.
- Delivery charges are not refundable for your exchange/return order.
- Customers have to pay the delivery charges for exchange order.
- Tester Box (Sample Box) is not refundable.
- If the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will take care of the delivery charges.
- Please ensure you have your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) when requesting a return.
